Visit or call any of our stores, pay for items in-store or over the phone and then choose to have your items delivered straight to your home. The cost of shipping will be calculated by our helpful staff based on the size and weight of your purchase. For those heavy, awkward, hard-to-carry items our Store-to-Door service gives you the ultimate convenience. For those who can't get to our stores, but need help over the phone to find the toys you're after, our Store-to-Door service gives you 5-star service and peace-of-mind. Store phone numbers here
Call & Collect
Call any of our stores and pay for items over the phone. Your items will be ready in 5 mins for collection from your local store. Our delightful staff will help you over the phone choose the perfect items you're after. To ensure you don't miss out on a particular item or to hide those Christmas gifts from the kids, take advantage of our Call & Collect service. Store phone numbers here
Important: When collecting your items you'll need to present your valid ID and the actual credit card (or a photo of the front and back) which was used to pay for your purchase over the phone. If the credit card details do not match, your items cannot be collected.
How does Call & Collect work?
It is so easy ... just like shopping instore but over the phone! Phone our stores, speak to our friendly staff & they will assist you over the phone to select the items you're after. Once you've selected your items (don't forget the card, wrapping & batteries), make payment over the phone, we will then process your purchase and you're ready to come in & collect your goods immediately!
So, is it the same as Click & Collect?
No, Click & Collect is when you order your items online & collect. Call & Collect has the advantage of speaking with our staff who will offer you the service and advice that can only be provided from speaking to a real person! Also, once you pay for your goods, they are ready to collect. No need to wait!
