Decrypto Board Game is an engaging party game where 2 teams compete in a battle of wits and deduction. Each team uses a screen to hide four numbered code cards from their opponents, to interpret and decode clues.
In the game, a team member draws a code card with a sequence like 4-2-1 and gives a clue to help their teammates guess the code. For example, if the words are "pig", "candy", "tent", and "son", a clue might be "Sam-striped-pink" for code 4-2-1. Success avoids a black mark, while failure gives the other team valuable information. Teams alternate giving clues and guessing each other's codes across 4-7 rounds, with a maximum of 8 rounds.
Victory is achieved by earning 2 white marks or guessing more of the opposing team's words if the game exceeds eight rounds. Decrypto combines strategy and communication for a fun and challenging game night.
Suitable for 3 to 8 players ages 12 and older.
