The Special Hobby DH 100 Vampire Mk I Model Kit (1:72 scale) allows modelers to build the iconic British jet fighter that marked the early days of jet aviation.

Developed during WWII, the Vampire was powered by the de Havilland Goblin engine and featured a sleek, compact design with a low undercarriage and unique tail booms. The DH 100 Vampire Mk I was the first jet fighter used by neutral countries like Switzerland and Sweden, making it a significant part of aviation history.

This kit includes 3 grey styrene sprues, 2 clear sprues offering both late and early canopy options, and a fret of photo-etched parts for added detail. The decal sheet provides markings for three RAF aircraft with different national markings, an RAAF Vampire A78-1, and a rare French Porthos drone version.
